Danny Kovatch is a seasoned IT professional, international speaker, and the first Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) in Israel. With a career spanning more than two decades, he is recognized for his dynamic, engaging approach to introducing Scrum and Agile practices to organizations worldwide.

After serving five years in the Israeli army’s elite computer unit as a Group Manager, Danny transitioned into the tech industry, leading development groups at EagleEye, a subsidiary of New Dimension. Following BMC Software’s acquisition of the company in 2000, he continued to expand his expertise in software development and leadership.

Danny’s Agile journey began in 2005, and since then, he has dedicated his career to coaching, lecturing, and guiding companies through successful Scrum implementations. Known for his ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire lasting change, Danny has become a trusted mentor to organizations adopting Agile practices.
