Brad Swanson is a Leadership and Organizational Coach with more than two decades of experience helping organizations achieve sustainable results through Lean and Agile practices. An Agile practitioner since 1999, Brad has guided executives and teams worldwide, combining strategic insight with hands-on leadership experience as a former Vice President in the consulting and software industries.

He is an active member of the Agile Leadership Journey, a global federation of leadership coaches, and has served as a Board Member for Agile Denver as well as co-founder of the Mile High Agile conference. A recognized voice in the Agile community, Brad has spoken at international conferences including eight Global Scrum Gatherings, four Agile 20xx events, and numerous other industry forums across North America and Asia.

Brad’s coaching emphasizes building leadership capacity, fostering adaptability, and creating organizations that thrive in today’s complex, fast-changing environment.
